Mortgify provides a free, multilingual mortgage calculator that runs entirely in the user's browser. The Service does not store any personal data on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not attempt to reverse‑engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
• You are responsible for any data you input into the calculator; the results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Mortgify are the exclusive property of Mortgify or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mortgify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates with Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Your use of those services is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
